Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our purchase, you may return it to the original place of purchase within 30 days of the purchase for refund or replacement.

For items purchased at www.alteogbrand.com please read the following information:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased at www.altegobrand.com
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • All returns shipping charges must be prepaid.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Credit card companies vary on the tie it takes for credits to appear on their customer’s records, so please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack and return items in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  2. Include the original packing slip and your reason for return.
  3. Address package to:

Altego warrants products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.  Please see our warranty section for further details.

Delivery Policy

US shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method you picked.

  • FedEx Ground (4-6 business days)
  • FedEx Express Saver (3 business days)
  • FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day)

Orders placed after 1pm central will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays)

We also change a small handling fee on top of your order.

Tax is only charged to customers with a Texas address

Please provide phone number when ordering so FedEx can make the delivery.

Orders can be submitted via the website, but will not be processed, delivered or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures:

New Year’s Day (January 1st)
Presidents Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
The Friday after Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve (December 24th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
Day after Christmas (December 26th)

Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you place your order online.  During the processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot b e cancelled.

To attempt to cancel your order during processing you can email: info@altegobrand.com.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the Altego returns policy.
